Superb Distributors INC (SDI), a thriving local business focused on professional growth and excellence, is seeking to hire a suitably qualified individual to serve as an Executive & HR Assistant.

Job Summary:
The Executive & HR Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and Business Development & Operations Manager, while acting as a vital bridge between staff and management.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
Executive Support Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director’s schedule and business-related travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations.
Organize and coordinate logistics for key meetings.
Human Resources and Employee Records
Update and maintain HR software and employee records.
Manage employee leave records.
Provide recruitment and onboarding support by posting job advertisements, managing the application pool, and coordinating interview logistics and onboarding procedures.
Assist in developing and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
Coordinate activities for relevant staff engagement.
Coordinate performance management system to ensure compliance.
Respond to basic/routine employee queries in accordance with approved HR policies.
Monitor and report on employees’ adherence to occupational safety and health policies.
Operational Support
Handle customer inquiries and complaints directed to senior staff.
Ensure employees are informed of all marketing or promotional campaigns.
Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects.
Manage and account for office supply issuance.
Conduct occasional responsibility related errands.
