Job Summary:
This hybrid role is designed for a dynamic individual who is equally comfortable managing technical financial data with 100% accuracy and actively contributing to business growth, planning, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Planning
Conduct thorough market research to draft foundational components of business plans (including Industry Analysis and Marketing Strategies).
Identify and engage potential clients for financial training workshops and consulting services.
Assist in coordination and logistics for financial training events.
Financial Management & Bookkeeping
Take full ownership of QuickBooks Online and Excel ledgers with 100% accuracy.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure audit-ready data.
Independently investigate and resolve information discrepancies.
Operations & Client Success
Manage client accounting data to ensure seamless weekly reporting.
